JN-International Medical Corporation

McGinnis Construction is experienced in tenant build out projects. We re-engineered the given space to accommodate a cleanroom for the medical industry and designed a functional work area for the only human vaccine clinic in the Midwest. The cleanroom facility was assembled and installed from specially manufactured products.  McGinnis Construction also built and installed cleanroom specific casework with chemical resistant countertops.

Dundee Presbyterian Church

McGinnis Construction was chosen for a complete exterior restoration, including repair and reconstruction of vintage windows. Our ultimate restorative goal was to bring them back to their original condition. We took extra care, which required extensive research, to locate the wood that was unique to these vintage windows. We were also responsible for numerous interior renovation projects, ranging from classroom updates, to complete kitchen and bathroom reconstruction. LDS CES Building

McGinnis Construction refurbished the entire exterior of the Church Educational Services Building with new siding, masonry (including EFIS) and paint.  Using our vast knowledge of interior construction, we restructured and renovated the first floor interior.  We also installed a new parking area and retaining wall, giving the restored building great curb appeal.

Westwood Heights Church

McGinnis Construction is currently erecting an 8,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose building addition to the existing church. We have worked with this client on all aspects of the project including preliminary planning, consulting and design. The addition includes a mezzanine and multi-purpose area with a gymnasium, classrooms, kitchen and bathrooms.  Click Here to read a testimonial for this project.
